The advice and support I received from the Physio was brilliant - it made a difference to my pain and lifestyle.
I had to wait a year from the date of referral, to seeing a Physio - a faster response would've been better.
Excellent service with real benefits at the end of the treatment.
Very professional and nice people. No need for any improvement.
A more thank you to Amy my experience of physio under her care has been the best I have ever received - she is knowledgeable and very thorough and has really gone the extra mile to help me in my recovery - the NHS are very lucky to have her.
The treatment I received did the trick
I was treated curteously and with great kindness. Kept well informed of my treatment and my progress. The text reminders of appointments was also a great idea.
overall my experience rates as 5 star.
Friendly & efficient welcome.
Professional and engaging physiotherapist. Very detailed investigation with thorough explanation for factors underlying diagnoses.
Practical advice as to self help in addition to treatment plan.
The location is easily accessible for me, appointments were always delivered on time and the treatment/exercises suggested were easy to do at home
Hannah was great! She asked me lots of questions, had a chat with me about my lifestyle and gave me a list of things to do at home. She even printed it out for me in case I forget. It’s too soon to tell whether it will help but I’m hopeful.
I popped in for advice on sorting out my recalcitrant back muscles, still complaining about the hip I had put in last summer. Suzy gave me some exercises which is always useful but the big take-away was she told me an exercise I'd been wary of was not only OK to do but actually beneficial for my hip. That's great and I wouldn't have got that from Youtube. Personal face-to-face advice can make all the difference.
